Essential Concepts of Business for Lawyers (Aspen Coursebook Series)

At the time of writing this revie, the kindle digital version has no page numbers, only locations. This makes it pretty difficult to use for class. Either buy in print or get the digital version somewhere else.

I took a course that used this book, and it made corporate law and securities regulation a lot easier. I would recommend this book to anyone that would like to get a basic understanding of finance and accounting (as it relates to law).
