What I like about this product is that it is organic and safe. I have enough neurological issues that having a clean product can make a difference. I also like that it is recyclable. I've repurposed the jars for other herbal supplements that I've had to make on my own for my personal health. What the product it's self has done for me is help relieve my meditation or neurological induced TD( Tardive Dyskinesia). It's a blessing. I’ve tried a couple other brands but always come back to this one. Other brands have an odd taste, these have absolutely none. Would absolutely recommend.

Does what I purchased it for. It is somewhat big, but I swallow it with a mouthful of food so I don't notice the size.

Most formulations of magnesium are based on its oxide, better known as milk of magnesia, which has a laxative effect. This variant of magnesium does not.
