Drive Medical 795BU Duet Folding Transport Wheelchair and Rollator Walker, Burgundy

I purchased this walker a while ago for my 82 year-old mother. She got very ill and for a while could not walk on her own. Getting her to and from doctors appointments was so easy with this product. Very easy to open and close. Also, if you don’t want to use the wheelchair you don’t have to. This is not for someone to sit in for hours because it is not that comfortable but if you need something that is not so heavy, very easy to use as for an emergency or to take them to and from a doctors appointment or shopping, this is the chair to have. I love it. It was such a convenience to have and when she was able to just walk on her own, it’s a regular walker and very sturdy. One thing I do have to mention it is not super light. The reason for that is you have the option to convert it into a simple wheelchair with that being said I recommend this 100%.

AWESOME Walker and capable of multiple ways to use. I am a 59 year who went through a major life event medical journey. I used it mostly in "walker and carrier mode" and at times sitting mode when cooking, getting tired or it doing something that I needed to sit. You do have to be careful when leaning over too much forward because it can tip over. It's just matter of training how to use and being careful as with anything. It worked awesome for me and I have had it for 8 months and it is still like new. I don't need to use it anymore, however I am addicted to this chair/walker/carrier. I now use it to carry things from room to room and I put a large food tray on seat to carry things. There is storage under the seat for misc things. It collapses for car trunk or back seat storage. My physical therapist trained me to put a sheet in back seat so I can pull it out easier when I was returning back to work and it helped saving damage to back seat. It does takes up quite a bit of room, so factor that in if you have a small car. From my first hand experience, I hated hospital walkers as the wheels were dangerous when using outdoors. I love that this walker's wheels are big with 360 turn features and it has brakes. I did buy accessories like a water bottle holder, carry bag to hang on handles. For me it was and still is a great product that will last me for a very long time. I love the fact that I can still use it as a carrier so I don't have to make lots of trips from room to room. Also the walker piece for your back could be changed to put in back side and front side. Because the way the handles are 2 lower and to higher it worked for me to turn walker around backwards to use lower handles to help me step down or up on a high step like going in and out of my garage. I loved that I could go for a walk and not be afraid of uneven or bumpy sidewalks. In essence this walker allowed me to be independent at home so I could do things at my pace without depending on others which was life changing. I lived alone and making the investment paid for itself in multiple ways that will last a lifetime. If I were going to any event that I would need a chair to sit, this chair would be my option as I could wheel it, carry things and sit. I would not be embarrassed to use this chair. As I get older, things happen, and when they do, I will still have my chair, I could be wheeled around, and use it as walker and carrier...and most definitely be prepared for what life brings. This chair/walker/everything is well made and will last a long time. I definitely would buy again if I needed to.

Very little assembly is required. It is a very versatile, usable item. I highly recommend it for those with mobility problems. When I use it as a walker and get tired, my adult kids can push me in it. Really great?

This is a wonderful walker. I have enjoyed this more than any I have had. I can go with my kids and walk until I get tired and then they can push me in it. It's easy to get around with and kids say it's easy for them to push me in it. It's a little heavier and sturdier than the regular walker but to me that is a plus. Great buy.First one bought 2021June 2023I loved this walker but the front wheel up inside broken and it has been hard to find parts for itSo I bought a new one from Amazon and had it only a couple weeks and the front wheel started dragging and final it broke. I called Amazon and they refunded my money so now I have 2 broken ones. But we finally found out you need to check the bolt's that go up inside they were not tight and the wheels are loose so when you sit on it and use it like a wheelchair it puts to much pressure on that wheel and it breaks the bolt up inside so make sure to check those bolts. I love thisWalker and plan to buy another one because we can't find parts for either one.June 26,23I have been trying to get someone to fix the front right wheels on both of my walkers and having a hard time getting them fixed. I would not buy this walker again. If you do buy this walker be sure you check the bolt that goes up inside is tight. I think that is why mine has broke. It's not the wheel but the bolt that holds the wheel on the walker.July 18, 2023The company I hired to fix it. Found so many more things wrong with this drive walker. If you buy it make sure you check the bolt that goes up inside the wheel to the frame. I would not recommend this walker after the tech showed me all the things that are not safe.
