Excellent product - really like this healthy version of oatmeal. Organic, Gluten free and non GMO.

DELISH. I make mine in the Instapot. I pour in 2 cups of steel cut oats, add 6 cups of water, 1 TBSP vanilla extract, set it for 6 minutes, once it beeps that it's done cooking, I don't touch it! Instead, I let it all sit in there for ANOTHER 25 minutes, and when that 25 minutes has passed, only THEN do I open the Instapot, and stir it up. It comes out thick and creamy every single time. I put it in a bowl, add a little plant milk, some walnuts, top with maple syrup, and I'm in Heaven, it also feeds me my breakfast for the week's work days so that's a plus.

I had been looking for a gluten free steel cut oatmeal and tried Anthony’s. It is excellent and I have had no negative reactions to it. I have celiac disease and I am very particular about gluten free products. I rate this as an A+.

I have found a new very satisfying breakfast, or at anytime. While waiting for water to boil, I cut up a couple of dried dark apricots (no sulfate) that give the finished meal a delicately sweet flavor. This is a family owned business of which I love to support. Seems healthier and more dedicated by offering high quality products.

I really like to prepare steel cut oats in my pressure cooker. Also, I never realized how easily I could consume 9 pounds of this stuff, but I keep coming back. Easy to buy, easy to store, and easy to eat. Quality is consistent and as long as this continues, I'm going to keep buying.

I love this oatmeal. It’s organic and steel-cut, and has a rich, creamy texture. It feels hearty and healthy. I look forward to it each morning. It takes longer to cook, but I make a few servings at a time and then reheat throughout the week.
