First let me say this skirt is pretty. Because of the reviews stating that it was long or too long, I purchased the skirt. I am 5’11 and this skirt comes right to the ankles. If you have a long inseam (more than 34 in) and want a skirt that touches the floor, this is not it.

I used to buy all my clothes from an ebay store, http://stores.ebay.com/lotusinthemoonlight?_rdc=1 , which is really great clothing but they are made to order and it will take about 6 weeks for the clothes to arrive. The clothing from Lotus is also made of Rayon but much thinner quality. So I have been looking for a new supplier and I believe I have found them today.My skirt arrived today and I immediately put it on. The fit is correct, the rayon is a bit thicker/higher quality and the styles are perfect to my taste. My only complaint, more of a disappointment than a complaint, is that I wish the skirt was about 2 inches longer but I think that this skirt will look great with my leather boots. I will definitely be ordering more.

I'm 5'3", and usually wear a size 0-2 in US sizing. I ordered the Small/Medium in purple. It fits comfortably loose on me and the hem reaches my just above my ankle bone.The quality of material is a thicker rayon, not see-through. There is some shrinkage and bleeding upon laundering (cold delicate wash and hang dry), but it does not effect the fit in the flow or fit of the garment- just a bit shorter. If you purchase one of these, I recommend dry cleaning.The stitching on the garment appears to be hand done, and some of the threads were coming loose on the decorative embroidery with only light wear (mostly sitting down), but it is repairable.Overall, this skirt is lovely, true to size and color in description, and holds up fairly well for a rayon skirt. I may consider trying another style from this designer, once this one wears out.

I needed a new outfit for my daughter's graduation, and I wanted to be comfortable because I knew it would be a long day. When I saw this skirt with the matching shirt, I thought it would be perfect. Plus, I'd be able to use it for a variety of occasions in the future.The skirt is even more beautiful in person. The style is quite slimming. It was a little long in the back (I'm only 5'2"), but the length was perfect with a pair of boots. The material is quite soft. It flows nicely over the hips and isn't too heavy even in the hot temperatures. The detailing is intricate and lovely.The skirt is well-made and holds up nicely in the wash. I love that it doesn't wrinkle easily.

Beautiful skirt, ordered the small, too large in size and length. Usually wear a size 4, and 5' tall. Due to design and ruffle, no way for me to have altered it. A person needs some height to wear, even with 3" heels. Material is lovely, made well and color is true to photo. The company very nice and cooperative. Beautiful clothing.

This skirt comes to my ankles (I'm nearly 5'5"). All the other skirt styles from this company drape on the floor, spreading out up to three inches around my feet. I love the look of many of the styles in the photos, but on me they are impossibly long, even if I roll the waistband several times, which does not look good unless I wear a very loose shift that obscures the inches of bunched fabric around my waist. Even then, I can trip on the hem when I walk. I got one of the silver skirts, which is quite silvery (not a flat gray). There is a surprising amount of texture and variation in the color, plus the lovely embroidery (in a burgundy thread for this version of the silver skirt). I love my other skirt from this same company but this one will be worn far more often because in this one I can walk,

I wanted to give this skirt a higher rating , it looks beautiful. Until you get a whiff of the chemical odor wafting from the skirt. I followed the washing instructions, used cold water and hand washed, using liquid laundry detergent. To my dismay, a frightening amount of blue dye was released and the the chemical odor is stronger, item is not color safe! The amount of dye that came off convinced me that hand washing is not adequate! I will have to machine wash to make sure there is no dye residue which could be toxic, especially customers who have allergies!The skirt is well made, material sturdy. Too bad about the dye.

I ordered the 3x. I am 5'3". The skirt is long but with the elastic waist band I simply pulled it up and it fit perfectly! HAND WASH only per instructions. Great company to do business with! I will order more from them.
