ARRIVED SHATTERED IN PIECES TWICE - NO PROTECTIVE PACKAGING INCLUDED
DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM. I have ordered this item twice now and it has arrived both times shattered into pieces because there is NO protective packaging included in the box. Ceramic breakable item was just thrown into an empty cardboard box with nothing else to keep it from breaking. Not very smart.
