I love these. They were a good price and I was doing subscribe and save, but the price doubled and I can’t afford them.

So, last Christmas, we wanted the food to be quick, easy, and delicious. So we decided to do a mashed potato bar. I know some (maybe most) people think homemade mashed potatoes are the best, but my siblings and I have always preferred instant! December had arrived, and there were no mashed potatoes in sight at any store I went to. I contacted Hungry Jack thru their website since they’re hands down my family’s favorite brand of mashed potatoes. Their reply was like, ‘there’s a potato shortage, so you’re out of luck— try our hashbrowns.’ HASHBROWNS?!? FOR CHRISTMAS DAY?! I couldn’t have been more thrilled when I found these Betty Crocker mashed potatoes. And they’re tasty! Just not as tasty as Hungry Jack, which is why I can’t in good conscience give them 5 stars. Betty saved Christmas 2023, so I’m grateful. We still have 4 1/2 boxes left, so we’ll be giving them away to family soon since the expiration date is looming. THANKS BETTY CROCKER!

We use instant potatoes off and on through out the year and these fit the bill. They have a lot of flavor and are very quick. I use them as main course or even side dishes and soups. Some times I even add a few seasonings and bread beef, pork or chicken. I purchased these in a 6pk lot. I use about 1 per month so they will last a family of 3-4 apx. 6 months. They have a very long shelf life and will stay even longer if you store properly. Cost was under $1.75 which is an excellent bang for the buck.

Really saves time as I have my dad who I’m caring for- and within a minutes his meal can be done! And the taste is great. And Betty Crocker is always top quality!

If you like mashed potatoes and are lazy like me (don’t want to peel and boil) this is a the way to go . You can make them better with some hot pepper 🌶️
