Women's Downtown Darling Leather Single Compartment 16" Laptop Tote, Red

Used this as my 'personal item' (not as the 'carry on') for a trip to/from Australia, and it worked perfectly. It JUST fits beneath the seat, and has separate sections for a laptop and tablet (or these areas may be utilized for other things, of course). VERY durable and has the steel 'feet' on the bottoms, allowing me to set it down, as needed, without worrying about damage or excessive wear occurring to the bottom of the bag. The wide handles prevent slippage from the shoulder, and they are just as comfortable to carry by hand should you not wish to have up on your shoulder. Having both front and back wide, exterior pockets added to the versatility of this bag, especially while traveling, and a pocket sewn higher up within the front exterior pocket was PERFECT for keeping my passport accessible (yet safe!) at all times. Worth every penny!

Just bought a new one to replace the one I bought 4 1/2 years ago. Old one was perfectly functional, just started looking bad on straps (see pics). If I’d paid anywhere close to the SRP of $400+ I’d be disgusted. However for around $100 buck, that’s not too bad for a bag I use daily for work and travel. I’ve had spills and pen mishaps, rainy days, and other challenge/mishaps. The bag has fabulous pockets. My laptop and iPad fit perfectly, each in its protective home. Looked around before replacing but couldn’t find anything close in this price range, with laptop AND iPad protected pockets, lots of pockets, zip top, and light (much lighter than comparable bags)!

Way better than I could have imagined. It's is great quality, and not too big. That is always the hard thing to figure out with a tape measurer. This is NOT too large to carry as your laptop bag through an airport. It's chic, well organized, and made with quality. I love red, and was replacing a red bag that fell apart. I think this one will last much longer.

This is a practical but not too stylish tote. I was willing to overlook its style limitations to enjoy the immense practicality of having exterior pockets and an interior space big enough for my extra large Mac laptop. And I really wanted a red bag.However it's really more of a reddish brown, and because my laptop has a protective sleeve around it, it doesn't really fit either. I generally just put the laptop in at sideways rather than lengthwise to make it fit.On the plus side, it seems sturdy, not as heavy as some other bags of this size and likely to last a while.

High quality bag and fits my large laptop along with tablet, cables, files, planner, small purse and even a compact umbrella and water. It doesn't feel too big and fits comfortably on my shoulder. I purchased to travel with my laptop and will work well as a carry-on. It feels classy and the leather feels nice and sturdy. The color red is darker than I expected but very pretty. Great bag especially for the price.

This bag was perfect, except for the quality. It had everything I needed - all the compartments and protection for my laptop. I just couldn't justify the cost based on the quality. I would prefer some type of fake leather or other material if it were better quality. I was quite surprised especially considering it's Kenneth Cole.

This is a well-made tote. There are several compartments and one has a strap to secure my laptop. It also has a zipper closing for added security. It's actually made for a man, and I'm a 5'2" woman. The handles were fine for carrying on my shoulder. However, the tote hit the ground when I held it down. So, I had the handles shortened at my local leather repair shop ($10). Now it's perfect for me. and the quality is better than the women's totes I had been considering.

Just started using the bag. Love the size and all the pockets...more than I expected when I read the description. Have not used yet for airline travel, which was my purpose in purchasing, but is bigger than my previous bag so should be okay. Biggest disappointment was the shredding interior lining on the sides. Very hard to believe this bag retails for hundred of dollars. So glad I didn't pay that. Still, it was expensive considering the workmanship.
