This was wonderful.

I ordered this phone unlocked. It came locked to Spectrum and only way to have Spectrum Mobile is to have them as your internet provider and I'm not switching to them. The phone itself is a nice phone with a lot of memory for a good price.I returned the phone without any issues and received a full refund since it was incorrectly marketed.

We ordered this phone twice as a replacement for a phone for an elderly lady whose phone has been broken. Both times it has come locked to Verizon. The first time we returned the unit and were assured that the replacement would be unlocked as advertised, however that did not happen. This lady has been with out a phone for weeks at this point and has an incredibly tight budget. Very disappointed.Generally the phone itself is not great, but what she is used to so we were trying to make it as easy as possible for her. I wouldn’t recommend the phone itself either.

I can't use it - I've googled all the pairing methods and I still can't set it up

Phone is not unlocked it is locked to verizon. Went through the process to get it replaced with an unlocked phone. Replacement was also a locked verizon phone. Its been inconvenient and a headache thats lasted for 2 weeks while we are down a phone.

The sellers description says the phone is unlocked, but I can not use it. After calling multiple wireless carriers they all said the phone is locked. I sent it back to Amazon. The phone did arrive fast and in excellent condition, but it's of no use to me if it doesn't operate.

Cell phone came locked by Verizon. Sent it back the same day I received it. Do not buy this phone!
