Looks good. poor quality
These arrived as expected and fit snuggly into the frames. However, while installing they snapped. Very little pressure was used here. Just poor quality, at least the package I received. Very disappointed. Will not order again

3/16 is NOT a 1/4 inch. Packaging and description is wrong!
The size was completely wrong and I wasted $ on something that doesn't fit.

The dimensions are incorrect
These where sold as 1/4 inch and you can see in the photo they are just over 1/8 of an inch.

very hard to buy something like this online, its the second try, it was the right dimensions but fitting was different somehow so we took a dremmel to it and made it fit, would not buy again,
