Believe it or not, this stuff is better than the cheapo rice at the grocery store. It doesn't wad up and get gummy.

I use lots of different varieties of rice but for some dishes I wanted the rice I grew up on , plain long grain white rice . I purchased many different brands and they just aren’t it including “ americas favorite rice” . This was perfect. Cooked up nice with all whole grains . I will buy it again

I have really high standards for rice. Normally my Ideal is Bombay Market Basmati but I was looking for a cheaper option that I can eat happily and this IS IT! I recommend to anyone who is trying to cut back on Basmati

This rice was difficult to cook. It is very tiny and very hard. I had to cook it twice to soften the grain.

How I make white rice and this brand 365, is the best that I've had -is to rinse the rice first. Once you do that you cook it as directed.I make a big batch and then I freeze it and put them all in little freezer cups which are sold on amazon. What freezing or cooling off cooked rice does as it turns it into a prebiotic. It's really good for your stomach

There are few distinctions between different brands of white rice. I wash rice prior to cooking and I am pleased with the texture and flavor of the cooked rice.
