Spigen Thin Fit Designed for Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Case (2016) - Gunmetal

Excellent case. The S7 Edge is such a sleek and sexy phone I kind of hated to cover it up with some bulky case, kind of defeats the purpose in my view. This case fits perfectly and retains the sleekness while offering some protection. It is easy to pop on and off and it doesn't obstruct the edge screen at all. Ports line up perfectly and even my Shure in ear head phones fit into the jack (these headphones have a pretty large plastic mount for the plug which doesn't fit all cases including my wifes iPhone 6s case from another manufacturer). I have had the Note 4 version of this case also with the same experience. Understand that this case is almost sacrifical though. The one time I dropped my Note 4 on a hard surface, the case broke but it did protect the phone. To me though this is fine. At this price, I'll buy another one (case that is). Worth it to me to keep the slim user friendly profile.

All buttons are accessible and the case does not add any significant weight to the phone. As far as depth is concerned it increases it so that it is about equal to the depth of the Galaxy Note 4 the S7 Edge it is replacing (D: 8.5 mm (0.33 in). The phone is still slimmer and shorter than the Note 4 with the case on.The feel of the case is comfortable and as advertised the matte finish provides better grip than the bare phone. The phone retains its rounded edges and the screen is not hampered in any wayCon'sBecause of the matte finish, fingerprints and oil from handling will show up on the back of the case. I expected this and if something more fingerprint-resistant is a requirement, then potential users should look for another caseNote:The case exposes all ports but DOES NOT expose the SIM/Micro SD slot, this is not a drawback but noted for consideration if that is important to the userI have not tested WIRELESS CHARGING with this case, I would think thin cases like this should have the capability of working with the new Samsung Wireless Charger or compatible Qi chargers without removing the case. If someone can test that functionality, it would be helpful to the community

I got one of those cellphone ring 360 things with my favorite character on it, since my pinky finger was really sore from holding supporting the phone button. However I was worried if it'd stick on my old case since the old case didn't have a smooth back. So I got this and it works great. It's probably one of my best yet. The lip is extremely subtle and the cutouts never caused an issue with thicker cables. Having a good lip is always the most important criteria in my opinion.I have it for about 2 months now and it's gone through being in the hospital to daily commutes or other things. It works great with metal square (in between phone and case) for magnetic car holder. I personally do not find it slippery, but the ring helps a bit I guess.I've never cracked/scratched a smartphone in my ~10years of owning one (since middle school, I'm a university student now with computer science major), despite the various cases or even lack of cases with different phones. I've used the Samsung Note 3 + 4 + 5 and not even a scratch. I don't ever use a screen protector either. It somehow is not a concept for me? But my mother + younger siblings (brother+sister) have all shattered or smashed their phones somehow, so they can't have the same style of cases for me (my sister uses an otterbox, she's even cracked the most heavy duty otterbox case before). I'm not perfect - my first phone took 2 dips into clean toilet water but survived each time (back in middle school).You really need to trust yourself and consider how often does your phone really come in harms way? If you drop other objects regularly, even just your keys or wallet, then do not get this case. Future you will be so much happier if you get an adequate case instead of barebones + broken phone. :( Screen repairs aren't cheap. As someone else wrote, if you trust yourself not to drop your phone, then go for this.

I think this is the best case for s7 edge. It does a good job of minimizing bulkiness, while leaving the side buttons completely free from obstruction. I like that a lot because the buttons on this phone are excellent and deserve to be left alone. The headphone jack and charging port are also nice and wide to accommodate whatever you might need to plug in. Also the case looks cool. I have the gun metal to go with my silver s7 edge. They compliment each other nicely. The sides of the case do not feel like they spill over the edge screen at all like with most bulkier cases.Drawbacks: I've dropped my phone several times and although it was protected by this case, the case itself didn't withstand being dropped very well. It cracked when dropped, and it developed cracks even without being dropped. Eventually, about six months after buying it, the thing just fell apart. But here's the thing. I will take that drawback all day because it's a $10 case that looks great, is not bulky, and has great functionality. I'll spend the $20/year for that.There is a newer case spigen has released for the s7 edge called "air skin," which I have also reviewed. In a nutshell it trades a couple new drawbacks for an even better minimalist design. In my opinion the "thin fit" is still better overall.

La cover è arrivata in un solo giorno grazie ad Amazon Prime sempre impeccabile e preciso. La confezione del prodotto era solida e al suo interno la cover era ben protetta. Spigen come al solito si conferma al top per quanto riguarda le protezioni per smartphone, questa cover è spettacolare per chi come me preferisce mantenere l'ergonomia e la manualità dell's7 edge con la possibilità di potervi anche aggiungere una pellicola curva protettiva in vetro temperato (io utilizzo la TOPLUS 3D). Non aumentano minimamente peso e dimensioni essendo la cover ultra slim, e oltre a jack audio, uscita ricarica e speaker audio, anche i tasti fisici di accensione e volume sono scoperti per dare ancora piu un aspetto sobrio e minimale. Il materiale della cover è in plastica gommata per dare il giusto grip e allo stesso tempo evitare spaccature in caso di cadute accidentali. Insomma era proprio quello che cercavo. CONSIGLIATISSIMA!

Se adapta perfectamente y queda muy bien. Se ve material de calidad, aunque quizá con algo mas de tendencia a ensuciarse.Tacto agradable con buen agarre. Compra muy recomendable.

This is my second purchase of this cover because I was stupid enough to drop my phone and chip the corner of the first one. The phone stayed intact, which is perfect! I have always bought Spigen covers for my Galaxy Edge. They fit well and are so thin it is like just having the phone itself - but clearly it works wonders for protecting those bits that get damaged easily. I like the blue colour particularly because it goes well with my blue phone. Would recommend.
