These things are tasty and I use them to make rice cake soup. Quite a few users have mentioned that they have received moldy bags and this will be a concern if you get it shipped when it's warm outside. The packaging clearly states "Keep Refrigerated". I was fortunate to get mine shipped at the end of winter.

These are delicious and have a great texture, once boiled. They're a little more expensive that I'd find in a store, but given the circumstances I am delighted to have a reliable mail-order source.

When the package was open there was a foul odor. This did not occur on previous orders of this product.
