Peanut: A storybook for mighty preemie babies

💕💕💕👶🏻🤱🏻Such a beaUtiful sentiment to all the little miracle preemie babies in the world❣️my little guy was a month early, and due to complications ended up staying in the NICU for 34 days. One of the amazing nurses one night brought this book out and read it to my little baby. She showed me the book and as i read i cried☺️it was like reading our own story word for word. so beautiful and sweet-a mother’s loving message to her miracle NICU baby. It was written by a woman who actually had her baby in the hospital that i was in so the nurses knew her and remembered her and her family fondly so they loved sharing their story with other NICU moms. i immediately got on Amazon and purchased the book. I actually contacted the author and we shared stories and photos of our little guys along with some smiles and tears😉Her liitle Henry is 4 years old now and such a handsome little man❣️I encourage anyone who has to watch their tiny baby’s first days take place in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to pick up this sweet book. i’ve read it to my son almost every single night since i got it🤗

All the bad reviews were because it’s “religious” which is misleading. Yes, it is faith based but those bad reviews actually were the reason I bought it so I’m leaving a good review! One page includes “ prayers focused on what’s ahead...” and one page includes “ my wish for you is to embed my faith in God, my daily bread”. That’s it. The entire book is about a mother and fathers love for their little peanut which I think all parents with babies in the NICU can relate to! This book brought me to tears and I highly recommend it!

Love this book. It makes me tear up every time I read it to my little one! I purchased it while she was in the NICU and would read it to her everyday! It’s very touching !!

I purchased this after my daughter was admitted to the NICU. It’s a great story! I especially enjoyed seeing the similarities to my own NICU experience.

I ordered all three preemie books on Amazon but this one is special. I cry every time I read it. The author took the words out of my mouth (and made them rhyme). Every parent in the NICU should buy this book. Great gift for anyone you know with a preemie.

Our little boy was born at 32 weeks and we had this in the NICU with him for the nurses to sign. I remember feeling understood and not so alone reading this book. This is a wonderful gift for parents of a preemie or siblings who don’t quite understand what’s going on. I highly highly recommend.

Super sweet story, lovely illustrations, and a message that hit close to home. Has religious content, but mostly sentiments from a mother to her child.

I have a baby in the NICU right now and I read this book to him. I will read it to him when he is older also just to show him how strong he has been. This is an amazing book.

Nice book, but very religious. This should have been mentioned in the description. it seems to be a wast to return it, as they want $8 to send back... even as a prime member. Very disappointed

Bought as a gift, luckily I had a quick read before sending because it is not suitable and I will be returning it.This book is highly religious which was not made clear in the description. I do not believe in the indoctrination of children so I find this unacceptable.
