In what way are these connectors qualified to use " heat shrink" in the product description?

not sure what they are trying to say as appears cut off but the way I would use heat shrink in a wet or damp location would be to heat shrink wire leading up to connector and a large series heat shrink to seal between wire heat shrink and connector body of course using heat shrink w/ sealant inside ,
