I purchased the couch and chair for my living room. I love them so much that I went ahead and purchased the loveseat for my bedroom seated area. I was SO excited when it arrived today. Unfortunately, the loveseat has a HUGE rip on the back of it!! It wasn't something we noticed when it arrived as it was wrapped in alot of saran wrap type plastic wrap with only cardboard at the base. No scissors or knife was needed to remove the loveseat from the wrapping. Our hands were all that was needed; therefore, we KNOW the couch was torn before shipping. Shame of the person who sent it to me.... surely it was not an oversight. I am hoping I can get it replaced as I really do love the couch and chair we previously purchased.

Received my couch all moldy inside of the packaging. I’m going to request a full refund.

This sofa was the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. I searched for a mid-century modern sofa for nearly a year. I went to countless furniture stores, and scoured the inventory of every online furniture retailer, and I kept coming back to this sofa.Amazon’s furniture delivery system is fantastic. When you check out, you’re asked when you’d like delivery. I was given several different times to choose from, and the sofa was delivered as promised. The only assembly required was screwing in the legs, and they were found in a zipped compartment under the sofa.The leather is soft and supple, and the sofa is beyond comfortable. If this sofa fits your decor, you won’t be disappointed. I’m thrilled with this purchase, and everyone compliments me on my choice. It’s understated and elegant and tastefully stylish too. You won’t be disappointed if you buy this piece.

Couch was breaking apart just after a few months use. Buttons popping off. Poor quality.

I was attracted to the design of this sofa. If left alone to look pretty then you've gotwhat you wanted. 1-It's plastic and doesn't feel like leather (some faux leathers resemblethe real thing, this doesn't). 2-Not comfortable because of the seat depth. (Unless you've gotlong legs, your feet won't touch the floor. 3-Poor quality. I use magic sponges and soft rags to clean it,but everything sticks to it. 4- The buttons loosen with daily usage. Avoid the good look and get quality.

I’m super happy with this purchase. I did a lot of research on what would fit well in this room and it certainly paid off. The couch is just the right fit, firm but still comfortable, and brightens the room just like I wanted. Scheduling the delivery was very easy — I did have issues with in accurate delivery notifications since I had to reschedule delivery. When I rescheduled, after checkout I was told the couch would be delivered 2 - 5pm when I actually chose 9am - 12 pm. Amazon also still updated me per my initial scheduled delivery date that I changed. I’m not sure why that happened but never the less, the couch came within the chosen delivery window. And, besides the notification issue, there were no problems. The delivery guys were polite and very quick, and the love seat arrived in great condition. I’d certainly order furniture from them again.

Shopping was great, they contacted me 30 minutes before they came. Guys brought it in, waited till I inspected it, took away the packaging and were very nice. I love the sofa, we'll make and crispy white.

Unfortunately “bonded leather “ can mean anything and this couch really takes advantage of that. It’s clearly synthetic, stinks badly like a petrochemical product, looks like cheap vinyl, feels like cheap vinyl, and costs as much as a genuine leather couch by a discount brand. I returned it and bought a real leather couch for slightly more. Don’t bother unless it’s highly discounted and you want a pleather couch.
