Amish White Cedar Log Bed Frame with Headboard [King Size] - Unfinished Natural Beige/Solid Wood/Handcrafted in USA

This bed went together fairly easily with 2 people. About 45 minutes, because one joint was stubborn. The assembly instructions are not too detailed, but if you’ve ever put a bed together, you will be fine. TIPS: lay out the pieces first. Make sure your bed rails have the ledge for the slats/box spring on the bottom inside the frame. Have a piece of scrap wood available for use with hammer. Lay it on the outside of the joint and hit that with the hammer instead of putting hammer dents in your bed. The wood dowels seem stubborn at first. I found I was able to finesse them in by twisting them like a screw (for the footboard and the slats in the headboard. Obviously cannot twist some of the pieces.) Don’t put the screws into the joints until the very end. Real logs aren’t perfectly straight, so you have to wiggle some to align them.Altogether a great, solid wood bed for a great price. Highly recommended.

Great item at a great price. My husband sanded and polyurethaned it and it is beautiful, We added glue to the headboard and footboard pieces and a few extra slats to the bed and it is perfect.

Very happy. Was nervous about ordering it because it was one of the less expensive ones but surprised how nice it is. Easy to put together and came 2 weeks earlier than expected. We stained ours and it looks great. Love it
