Was looking for a wheeled TV cart. This one came up in search with a bunch of other wheeled carts. But this one is special, and you'll only find out once you've unboxed it and gone to work assembling it: The wheels are fake. They are welded pieces of metal in the *shape* of wheels, but the don't roll, or move at all.Too much trouble to try to take apart and box up again and go through hell trying to return it, so it went in the guest room. That's a couple hundred bucks down the drain.

It looks great! So far it seems to be a sturdy piece of furniture. The size is perfect - it holds my 50" tv, my cable box, and game consoles just fine. The middle shelf is perfect for DVD and game storage, too. It's stylish - doesn't look like some cheap TV stand you'd get at a discount store.There were a few things that caused a four star rating:1) The stabilizing metal piece on the back of the unit is right at floor level. I understand that this probably makes it more stable, but, it's a thin slice of metal that has left a scratch in the hardwood floor when the stand was moved to it's final place.2) Assembly went pretty quick, and wasn't too much of a hassle. However, some of the pieces needed some serious pounding and pulling to get the screw holes to line up with each other. As it is now, one of the legs on my unit isn't screwed into the top shelf - there's a good inch gap between the screw holes that I can't seem to close, no matter what. The wood and metal seems pretty strong, and it will hopefully hold up without those two screws.3) There were several few black scratch marks on the top shelf that aren't coming off. It looks like they are random marks with a permanent marker. Not too big of a deal, and not too noticeable, but they shouldn't be there.All in all, I am happy with this item. It looks really good and the price was decent.

One of my first reviews, but I had to give my opinion. This is not the TV console table you're looking for. For the price there seems to be so many better designs. I was misinformed due to not reading the previous review. The wheels alone not being functional could have swayed my decision. I believe I read this in another review, but I did not tighten up all the screws so it would be easier to assemble the pieces. This did not matter, the holes were still misaligned. Bending pieces and possibly having to rely on one screw on some corners were a must for assembly. Unhappy customer for the money I paid. They know how much trouble you'll have to go through to ship it back. Do not buy this product.

Easy to assemble. All holes lined up correctly. Comes with bolts and wrench to assist with the assembly. I would recommend having a rubber mallet available to help align some pieces. Installation took me 20 minutes to completely assemble the TV stand. Only reason I am giving it 4 stars is the wheels DO NOT MOVE. Otherwise---great TV stand.

I just got done building this media stand and it was absolutely horrible. None of the pieces and holes line up at all. I litterally had to smash the legs with a hammer to get the holes to line up to put the screws in. It's horribly manufactured. Nothing fits right and nothing lines up. That couldn't have been more aggravating to put together. Save yourself the hassle and don't buy this piece of crap.

Just arrived today and it took my husband 35 minutes to assemble. Read some reviews that it was difficult and need several people. I did help hold up the middle and bottom shelf from the opposite side that he was working on. Other than that he was able to do most of the work himself. Just a few pointers. Use a cordless drill with an Allen wrench bit. Follow the instructions and when you install the bottom metal shelf it's much easier if the screws for the legs are a little loose so that you don't have to bend the legs. You can use a screwdriver to tighten once all is in place. Console is heavy and sturdy. The wheels are decorative and non working. The company placed rubber pads on the bottom of the wheels so it doesn't slip which is a plus. My only complaint thus far is that the color of the actual wood doesn't look like the photo online. It is a pretty walnut color and looks great with our chocolate brown leather couches. When you're sitting down you really don't notice the wood color. Looking forward to extending out our wall unit and putting up the new TV!!! Would purchase again. Also, it arrived 2 days ahead of original delivery date

Really nice sturdy piece of furniture.But it arrived covered in what looks like sharpie marks and scuffs, likely from rubbing together during ahipping.I thought about returning it but its going i my kids game room and it just going to get scratched up anyway.Still disappointing.

Had to return this item. After several hours we still could not get it together because it was not aligned. To get all the screws in it wouldn't be square. It wasn't really sturdy either.
