As advertised. I use it in for cattle in an area that has heavy deer traffic. It keeps them from running into small electric wire that is hard for them to see.

Highly visible, deters even the most curious horses.
I purchased this product because of the highly visible 1.5" white tape and "stopping power".Once I installed it, I realized it looks quite attractive too. My 3yr old Arab developed a healthy respect for this tape as opposed to tinsel or barbed wire, which is commonly used in Texas.So far, the tape has not stretched or faded. I am VERY satisfied with Powerfields Safe-Fence, I plan to build all of my pastures with it!
