CONSEWCN2093R Single Needle Lockstitch and Zig-Zag Sewing Machine

I have been trying to get this machine working for days. Every coorispendence from the company, just sends me videos on how to assemble the table and motor. Video does not show how to connect the motor to the machine itself. Machine is not flush with the table. The 5 mins I had it actually working, it was skipping stitches. It won't catch the bobbin thread. No video I can find that talks about how to resolve this issue. Company just keeps sending me the same video, when it doesn't resolve my issues. I have been trying to get this machine set up and working for the past 5 days, and I still can't even complete a simple quick project with it. I'm going to be returning this machine. I'm done and extremely frustrated. Manual I did get, is severally broken English and hard to understand. And illustrations are difficult to see/follow. They closed my case, immediately after sending me a video link, that I've already watched, that doesn't even take care of my issues with this machine. I was so excited about this machine, but now I'm completely frustrated and upset with it.

The first Consew High Speed Zig Zag industrial sewing machine I bought was defective. When I sent it back. They told me that it was a piece of junk, but that was the way I received it. They were going to refurbish it or replace it.When I received the one or a different one back. It also was defective. Same issues and more. All they wanted to do was to talk me through how to fix it.. They would not take this one back. Now they won't even talk with me. All I want is one that every thing works on it A THWY re suppose to.. They are a horrible company to deal with.

Comes in multiple boxes. Most of which have No instructions or even parts list to show what should be included. Could not find any help online as to what to do to set it all up. Waiting on reply from seller, I’ll update if I get help from them.Beware … it looks like if you want or need to return, you pay for return shipping. Which should be high since several boxes or either over sized, over weight or both. If I return I’ll post return cost.

I have been sewing on a 20U for forty years, It is the hardest working machine in my little shop. First, realize this is a professional machine...it expects you to maintain it and use the right needles with it. Keep it clean and oiled and it will not fail you. I've made draperies, lined & interlined w/ flannel, children's clothes from mending to prom dresses. It is a fantastic machine for making pillows, there are feet available that are made for cording, all sizes of cording...really great when you are making a lined round floor length table cloth...the jumbo cord makes for such a great look...and they make a cording foot that will make the jumbo cording a piece of cake to make. Don't under estimate what this machine will and can do. It is fast and solid. Practice with it a little and your projects will be proof of how great this machine is.
