Beautiful design
Love this toilet! Flushes fast and easy! Looks gorgeous! Very updated and modern toilet. The dual flush is great! For those of you who don’t know which buttons to use on this.. The smaller button is for using less water, and the bigger button flushes with more water!

Amazing toilet
This toilet inspires me with its effortless cleaning ability. Its thoughtful design prevents dust from gathering at the back, making maintenance a breeze.

Fantastic Flush and Fabulous Fancy
Fantastic toilet with decent flush, installed easily, works perfectly and looks amazing in a renovated bathroom. Either the handle or button flush work well. Cleaning is fairly easy except for some corners and ridges which require some additional elbow grease.

Buyer Beware - BIG mistake buying this toilet!
I am so frustrated and upset. I kept wondering why this toilet kept developing a white ring around the waterline. When I say it kept doing it, I mean it had to be scrubbed heavily every single day, sometimes twice a day. I cannot stand it.I finally figured out why. The water path from the tank to the toilet is a canal cut into the ceramic of the toilet. Well, that ceramic is NOT coated. So the water constantly drags ceramic dust/particles and dumps it in the toilet with each flush. It's horrible. The only thing that slightly removes it (Slightly, not fully) is a Pumas Stone. But pumas stones are not supposed to be used daily. It's like sandpaper and eventually it will wear down the black coating. This toilet has never been used. I go into the guest bathroom and flush it daily to keep seals from drying out and of course, spend 15 minutes cleaning the white residue. What a disaster, I wish I at least never installed it in the guest bathroom. I am so upset with this purchase. There is NO WAY POSSIBLE they didn't know this was a problem before they shipped to me. NO WAY. I was just another opportunity for a sale of an item that likely will never be produced again.BUYER BEWARE - STAY AWAY!

So far so good
I purchased this in February but didn’t install it until just now. It was well packaged. I used an helping hand to get it up to the second floor, it’s hard to carry by yourself due to its weight. However I installed by myself, just carrying it long distances is tricky. Pre-fit it and use masking tape to mark it out is a tip if you do it by yourself, makes it easier to line up with flange bolts/wall etc. Being 2 makes it easier but definitely doable solo if you got some muscles, I’m a 200lbs guy. I haven’t used it yet but it’s in placed, plumbed and filled up with water and so far it looks good. It wasn’t very hard to get to the bolts like people say, and I got fairly large hands, just use the right tools, open end wrench/small ratchet etc. 14mm.

Style and Design Works Great Small Space
This was an inch less measured at: front to back of tank compared to a typical oval seat "American Standard". Tank appears to use less water and does its job. Positioning of the water flow inside bowl seems like it may keep it cleaner. Appreciate the included slow close lid that is typically an additional add-on.I saw a few reviews complain of the top flush handles, requiring the lid alignment and went for the (choice of side) flush. I went for the angle that is mostly away from the view and think it's even better with a featureless lid.

Dont care for the flat black, smaller footprint but seat height, seat broke first time lowering it
Unit is heavy, I do not care for the flat black, the seat broke the very first time it was lowered and took over a week to get a replacement seat. The seat appears to be proprietary and may not accept other brands of seats. I want to install a bidet but not sure if that will work as I am still waiting on my seat replacement. One of my main concerns was how deep the unit is as I have limited room for a elongated bowl and found it to be smaller than most which was my main point for purchase.

Easy install
Don't listen to the other reviews. I'm not a plumber and I installed this toilet myself in 20 minutes. I actually think it's easier than the other 5 or so toilets I've installed in my lifetime. The ONLY thing that could be difficult is tightening the flange bolts if you don't have the right tool. I used a ratcheting wrench with no issue whatsoever.I'm sort of bummed that the seat hinge covers aren't black, but it's clearly showen this way in the pictures. They stick out like a sore thumb.
