Taste is awesome for quick & simple porridge! I wish I could eat these everyday, but the sodium is so high. But I still enjoy one every now and then! My kids love them too!

I add a tiny bit of sesame oil, but it's not really necessary. This is the best breakfast, it's a no brainer to fix, and it keeps me satisfied until lunch time, whenever that turns out to be. Beats the heck out of a greasy breakfast sandwich! I really look forward to these.

I find it too soft and mushy. The porridge and congee Im used to has a little texture to it. The flavor, however, is very good. Too expensive.

Great product, have been using this for several years now.
