StartonightCanvas Wall Art - Maple Tree, Nature Framed 32 x 48 Inches

First I'll say, this is just totally different then any other wall art I have. I knew it was going to be something special and it is. It you will need to do a few things to get a "charge". I first hung the canvas in the hall and it didn't glow, which is understandable. I then put it in my bedroom, which worked out even better and I keep the curtains open during the day. The first night, you could see the glow and it's very neat. Now it's not going to be a huge light, or something that will keep you away in the night, if you choose your bedroom. It's just a simple glow and you can make out the art.The back of the canvas is a special glow material. However it's a very well made piece. Canvas is nicely stretched over the wooden frame and is not loose in the corners or anywhere. You can tell it's done professionally and the material is a very high quality.I love the bright colors and how this photo looks. There's so much detail, even down to the leaves on the ground. If you look closely there is a walking bridge behind over a bed of water. A very beautiful piece and extra special at night time.Size is accurate. I love bigget pieces of artwork and that's exactly what this is. So impressed by the quality and craftsmanship and would be happy to recommend. I bought four Startonight Paintings, and I am going to take the easy way out and just combine all four reviews. I placed The Country Landscape Lake in the Kitchen/Dining Area, New from My Garden between the Kitchen & Living Room, Mountain Mirror in the basement (workout area), and Maple Tree is in my Office. I have had them for about a week or two (The Maple Tree came next day as so I have had it longer than the others). I will be honest I have not really gotten the night effect to really come out. Though I think that is related to where the paintings are (Only Maple Tree & Country Landscape Lake get good light on them) and the lack of sun since I bought them. It is December, and it has been snowy/rainy overcast most of the days. I am confident The Maple Tree and Country Landscape will show up once Spring and Summer comes around. Overall, I am very happy with the paintings, they were exactly what I was looking for, they add great color, and are very well done. To give some highlights the Mountain Mirror I stare at when I am on the treadmill, and it has a great relaxing effect. So, it helps me think, and even allows me to visualize I am running on a Mountain path. My Garden Path has got a lot of hidden details, which kind of makes my location for it not the best. As it is definitely one of those paintings you get more out of it just looking at it for a while. Country Landscape Lake is in the Kitchen/Dining Area, which to me works perfectly it is relaxing and a decent conversational piece. Though, I love Rural setting, so it works great for me. If you have more Urban tastes it might not work for you. The Maple Tree is by far my most favorite painting though! Which is why it is in my office, as I spend the most of my time there. I got it in a much larger size than the other (actually be accident, though it turned out for the best). I am not sure if it is the size difference or just the subject matter, but the painting has great high quality detail. I can sit across the room and still make out the footbridge behind the tree. Plus I love the coloring with the fall leaves on the Maple Tree compared to the Green ferns and background trees.

The artwork was nice, but the colors didn't work in my room, too much purple. I got approval to send it back at my cost. I was directed to take it to the Post Office, the postal clerk told me that it would cost me $168.00 to ship, which is more than I paid for the canvas artwork. Now I am stuck with a picture that I can't use. My advice, be sure you love the item or go with a vendor who does free returns. Big lesson learned for me.

We just purchased our first home that was custom made. It was important to us that we find the perfect painting to place above our mantle. We chose this one, slightly nervous since we were purchasing online and it's always hard to tell quality from pictures. It. Is. Stunning. The quality is amazing - so crisp, so high def. You feel like you are IN the painting. It is worth way more than it is being priced. All of that is not even taking into consideration the way it glows at night. It's not the cheesy, fake glow you get from bracelets or glow sticks. Instead it is a subtle, night glow. Again, as if you are IN the painting and night has fallen. The movers and everyone that has visited immediately compliments. Obviously if I am spending this much time writing a review I am a huge fan. We will buy again - likely soon! Finally, it arrived sooner than expected as well, and the seller even personally reaches out to provide you shipping updates. Amazing.

When I first saw this picture, I didn’t realize what else it did. So that would have been a bonus. But ultimately I did purchase it because of the feature it had. Disappointed It does not glow like it does in the advertisement online.

So it’s in my yellow bedroom room that I pretty much always have my blackout curtains closed 90% of the time. I have led lights that are hanging around it that come on for about 5 hours daily and It still glows in the dark. Also the pictures online truly don’t do it justice. It looks better in person and has more depth than what the online picture gives.

I’m so disappointed it doesn’t really work. I live in AZ I put it in the bright sun per the instructions the glow was so faint and didn’t last. I’m not taking it off the wall daily to put it outside so I have no glow at all. I ordered the black and white tree I like the image without the night glow and haven’t yet decided whether to return it. I’m not sure how others get such great results perhaps mine is defective.

Es precioso y llama la atención al entrar en el salón. Nos gusta a todos. Por la noche tiene el brillo pero no muy intenso (hay que tener en cuenta que con los led, aparatos que están en stand by, no llegamos a tener el salón totalmente a oscuras).Respecto al envío, todo fue bien y me llegó en perfectas condiciones.
