This is not the best quality rug out there, by any means. Let me say that up front. I probably wouldn't put it in the great room. The fibers are kind of cheap and shiny looking, and the pattern is pretty bland.So why five stars? Because there's nothing else at this price point that even comes close. While it's not super lush or fashionable, it seems solidly made and reasonably thick. Unlike some reviewers, mine arrived rolled, not boxed, and I really don't see how it could be boxed. The backing is pretty stiff and would probably crease in a box. I imagine a lot of the poorer reviews are the result of poor shipping methods.The black rug is also truly a dark, jet black. This was really important for my use case because I placed it below my theater screen to eliminate the light reflection on the screen from the lighter gray carpet in the room. It sucks up the reflected light like a champ, and the image looks like someone turned up the contrast and color saturation several steps. For the record, the 9'6" rug is exactly the same width as the screen and frame of the Silver Ticket 120" screens sold on Amazon, so it seems almost custom made for my weird use case.

Purchased in black, Very pretty for price..!! Downfall is it collects dust. You’ll be ok just make sure you vacuum at least 3 times a week. Yes I’ll definitely buy again..!!

I started redoing an old spare room of mine and just didn't want the hardwood floors anymore. It's not a large room and I really didn't want to spend an arm and a leg buying a rug and then I came across this one. The price is PERFECT. The rug came in fairly quickly. The only cons of it is that it is a little rough, which isn't too bad. And it's also difficult to vacuum due to the rivets from the style of the rug. I would also say, make sure to buy some of carpet cleaner powder for the smell of the rug. It was so overpowering and stayed for weeks until I bought some deodorizer. But all-in-all, very much worth the money!

I had the rug for months before writing this review and it has held up. Hard to vacuum sometimes with small stuff...meaning you have to run the vacuum over it a few times to get everything up. It now tore on the corner but its a high traffic area. So i may just need to rotate it. True to color. Max life out this rug would be 2 years if you rotate every 6 months to avoid the tear on the corners. Hope this helps.

I bought this rug for my office and liked the subtle design of the carpet. The design is much nicer in person than in the photos online. The pile of this rug is low enough a chair does roll on it, however, I didn't want to leave patterns on the rug from my chair. I was easily able to move this rug from UPS to inside my office given it only weighs 31 lbs. The only thing I am not fond of regarding this rug is the odor reduction treatment. Although the product itself does not have an odor (its kinda like cat litter spray painted on the bottom of the rug) it does flake into the pile. When I got the rug I thought it had white spots until I looked closely and found it was from the product on the bottom. I am not sure if this will dissipate over time and with vacuuming or not. I would have given 5 stars if the debris wasn't on the rug frequently. I think this is a very good buy at such a low price.

Rug was folded 18" in and then rolled on tube leaving a noticeable crease across the rug.I rolled it up the opposite way without the tube and stood it up for a few days.When I unrolled it the crease was gone. I bought rug padding and cut this to fitmy entryway L shape and nail tacked it down around the room. The extra piece was usedin the closet under the stairs, what a value! Love the way it has the silver sparkles in the weave.The design complements the tread rugs on the stairs. Extremely happy with my wall to wall rug!

Looks nice. Black on black. I do enjoy the raised-up pattern effect.But a month in: cleaning it is a total pain. I have medium length blond hair- and this rug is a magnet... it gets stuck in there and the vacuum and even the vacuum hose struggles to free it. I think I need the lint remover sticky rolls or something.
