really works great
had a chance to use it on the border fence. Ran across a young illegal that was at the end of his wits.I don't speak Spanish, he didn't speak English. We conversed for 1/2 hour. He asked me to get him help, he was thirsty and hungry (helped out there), his feet were blistered and sore, and he couldn't go on.He wanted me to take him in to border patrol. I told him it was against the law to transport him, but I had a gps and would get ahold of border patrol, and they would come get him. I couldn't believe how easy it was to use the translator, worth every penny.

Stop translating and the asursion warranty didn't help and the service number doesn't answer

Worth it
If your big question is, "Why wouldn't I just use the translator on my phone?". The answer is because this thing is much better. Pull it out of your pocket and it's ready to go. It hears my voice better and produces much fewer bad translations. It's really good
