This shoe is very comfortable

I have had this model of Magnum and no# II, as well as the first, seems every time they make this model it gets worse. The first was the best and most comfortable and made. and the size and the width was better as well on the first model. looks like I'm changing boots.

These boots are awesome! I needed to purchase a new pair of boots and found these. My foot is an odd size, so I wanted a boot that was easy to put on/off. I also need to purchase all my shoes wide. These boots delivered both. The side zipper makes it a piece of cake to put the boots on and they come in the wide size that I needed. The quality looks good as well, though I haven't had them for that long.When I got the boots and tried them on, I was very satisfied. They felt a little stiff, so I started to break them in. I wore them the rest of the day and they seemed to loosen up. The next day I went to a nearby park to hike in my new boots. The hike lasted for 2 hours and I was running/walking over rough terrain. This included, climbing up and down a 50 degree angle (on wet leaves), running/walking on wet stones in a creek (in 60 degree rainy weather), climbing on a pile of shaky driftwood (could have turned out bad, but didn't) walking over broken glass and rusty barbed wire (it's a long story), and walking on a paved bike trail (not impressive, but I thought I'd mention it). After all that, my feet felt great and I didn't fall or slip once! The amazing part was the boots weren't even completely broken in!All in all, an amazing boot, That I would defiantly recommend!(P. S. Although they are not listed as water-proof, they didn't seem to leak when I had my feet partially submerged in the creek)

I’m on my feet for an average of 2 to 3 miles a day. I have many foot ailments from high arch, plantar fasciitis , and recently a incident caused multiple hair line fractures of small bones and ankle. This product is amazing, and comfortable from first putting them on which is unusual no break in required. Can’t say enough of how much support and comfort for my conditions the magnum boot provides me. This is after much money spent on other boots advertised to provide these options.Strongly recommend the magnum boots for people on their feet a great deal of time . No need in my opinion to purchase any other brands of boots. I honestly never imagined a work boot providing as much relief as I need other than home slippers. To the engineering, and designers of the magnum lll boot I thank you for a incredible product hands down the best boots I ever purchased and I have had all the best brands over my career. llevo ya mas de seis meses usando estas botas y debo decir que cuestan cada centavo. al momento de comprarlas primero revise los comentarios de los usuarios, muchos dicen que el cuero se daña fácilmente aun cuando las protegen con betún, pero en mi caso mis botas se ven perfectas, para prevenir ese problema las cubro con crema de zapatos por todos los lados donde es cuero, en la punta las pulo y el resto solamente las cubro con una capa delgada y siguen como nuevas. siento que son un poco anchas para mi pie delgado, pero son 5 estrelles aun así, visualmente son super atractivas, a todos les gustan mis botas y se nota que me van a durar mas de cinco años, como mis bates que compre en el año 2013 y aun las estoy usando. volvería a comprarlas definitivamente. en algún momento que las lustre con crema kiwi subiré imágenes y actualizare mi opinión.

This boot seems to be very well made, yet not to stiff as to require lots of break-in time. I had only worn them about five times before I didn't notice I was walking in a new boot. Traction seems more than adequate, and overall fit appears to be spot on. If you have even slight wider than normal feet for your foot size I do recommend going with the wider version. The only draw back is the straight side zipper along with a thinker than normal top of the tongue hinders it's ease of use compare to my Magnum Viper pros I have. But we'll worth the money I spent.

I bought these boots to use at the station for my fire department. These boots are very comfortable. I wear them all day and my feet are not tired. If the zombie apocalypse comes and I can only use 1 pair of foot wear, I'm grabbing these boots!!!!Now for the negative:The zippers seems a bit small, and the zippers really only go down the ankle far enough to take them off quickly. That is fine for me since I bought these to use at the station with my fire department and if/when I need to, I can get out of them and into my rubber boots quickly.The speed lace on top of the ankle does make it fairly easy to get into.I did find that for me to get into them, I need to un-zip the zippers all of the way and un-do the laces off of the speed lace facets.I wear size 14 for Merrell's shoes. I bought 13 for these boots because I like my boots just a bit snugger. At first when I put them on, I thought they were too small. Then I stood up and after 5 minutes, I loved these things!!

I have had these for several months. My foot is slightly wide, but often regular width shoes fit me fine. I ordered an 11-wide and these felt a little more narrow than I was expecting for a wide width. Length was fine. I use an orthotic insert, so I can't really comment on their arch support. They did loosen up some as they wore in. The rear zipper is great and makes it easy to get them on and off. Overall I have been very happy. They are comfortable and fairly lightweight, and I have had them on for entire days in the woods with no issues. They needed very little break in. No problems or issues. I have used them in light wet conditions, and while the leather in some areas got damp on the outside, it did not transfer through and my feet stayed dry. It might be a good idea to spray them with a waterproofing if you plan to use them in very wet conditions.

After two months of very mild use these boots are tearing at the heels and driving plastic into my foot. These are the second set of magnums I’ve had fall apart, I will be searching brands.

Always good Magnum quality

Very comfortable. Light weight. Width and toe room is perfect. Great material and build quality. I also dont think temperature would be an issue.Easy to wear and take off. The only minor downside is that it doesnt have a pull tab at the back ankle to slip on but you can always unzip the side if its really an issue. But if you have to do that just to put the boot on then its probably not the right size for you.Absolutely love them 5/5. You can easily run in these.The only other similar product I would recommend is the SWAT original 9 inch side zip tan.

This was my first pair of magnums, I changed over to magnum from original s.w.a.t and I'm glad I did. For the price and the quality, it doesn't get much better than this. I got my pair on sale for $88 rather than the original s.w.a.t 9 inch classic side zip at $169, still these at regular price are much cheaper. I like the way they look on me better than the other boots. Lots of ankle support and they're quite comfortable. The only downside from changing to these magnums was they don't breathe as well, but it's quite a minor flaw.

I like to purchase another pair same model, same size, I hope it explain it’s a perfect boot for me and that the reason I’m buying the same pair again !! Please advise would you stock !! Thank you
