Pressman Checkers -- Classic Game With Folding Board and Interlocking Checkers, 2 Players

Played this game a lot growing up and when found on Amazon was excited to play again. Mold is plastic so not extremely sturdy but holds up well to regular play. Brought hours of memories and fun game play back to a family game night tradition.

I knew they were making games cheaper but this was ridiculous. The top lid was fine. The bottom box was made out of the thinest cardboard, like a shirt wrapping box. The game board looks nice but is very thin. It does lay flat but if kids were handling this it would be bent/broken and in the trash within a year. The checker pieces are thin and do not stack well. They do stack but while playing, both my daughter and I had the upper piece slip from our hand while trying to stack and knock other pieces off the board. This is pure junk. Why the 5 stars? So this wouldn't get buried. Can you play the game? Absolutely. Was it frustrating? Yup. I would gladly spend a few more bucks to get a product that was better quality. I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift. It's that bad.

I bought my grandson this checkers game so I could teach him how to play. At first it was fun for him and was able to hold his attention but after a while he simply told me, grandma this game is boring, well even though I love checkers apparently to my grandson nothing beats monopoly so , I still recommend this game it a total classic even if my little cub didn’t think so. It just wasn’t his cup of tea! Great game,all pieces needed where available, good price and even has instructions for new players

Definitely more flimsy not super sturdy but gets the job done. My 5 year old just got into checkers and the only thing was the box got squished other than that it works for us.

I bought the Pressman Toy Pahrcheesi game for our family game nights, and it did not disappoint! The board is bright, colorful, and easy to follow, and the game pieces are sturdy and well-made. It brings back childhood memories while also being a hit with the kids. Simple rules make it easy for everyone to play, but there’s still plenty of strategy to keep it interesting. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to add a timeless classic to their board game collection!

I bought this fun game to enjoy and play together as a family, with the hope of remembering old and beautiful memories, but honestly I was disappointed because the board is not the same as the classic game, for example the number of squares does not correspond, nor does it have the same nomenclature, in addition to looking quite fragile, I do not see a price-product relationship, this was outside my expectations.

Trying to find fun games for my 4 and 2 yo! We had a good time trying to teach them and these large ones were easier for their hands !

this item says "big" dominos, no they are standard size. Overall good, woth the $5, good to have for a tight budget, dominos are dominos, gets the job done.
