Glasses look great but some of the rims are rough
Love these glasses and for the most part I am very pleased. Would have been 5 stars but my last order had two broken glasses and a few of the rims of the glasses were a bit rough. The first order they were absolutely perfect.

Glasses arrived in terrible condition
The glasses arrived in terrible condition. Only six glasses out of the 36 in this order were presentable. Majority of the other glasses had visible scratches along the walls of the glass that you could catch with your fingernail. Some glasses were not round at the lip and some others had what looked like bubbles in the glass. Two glasses arrived shattered.I was expecting a handful to have not made it through transit, but the condition of the glasses in this order were mind blowing with how bad they were.On the other hand, the six that were fine felt and looked great.

Completely different from another version of 917CD glasses we ordered
We ordered the same model number 917CD from webstaurantstore and were sent these glasses that were marketed as these exact same. These glasses were much shorter in size but the box was still labeled as 917CD. Beware.

ENTIRE CASE COMPLETED DAMAGED
I reached out to reseller multiple times over the months, they have not responded. I basically got screwed out of one entire case. Would never recommend purchasing from the reseller.
