One of the photos included in the listing is for the back of the bag with a list of all the ingredients along with nutrition guide. At the moment, I'm not able to see the list to read what, if any, grains are included in the list, but since this particular "flavor" does not say GRAIN FREE on the front, it most likely contains some type of grains. This brand does offer some GRAIN FREE flavors and the front of the bag will indicate this.
