Gerber Plumbing Parma Pre-Rinse Kitchen Faucet with Spring Spout

This is identical to our 11 year old faucet so it was the perfect replacement. Easy to install and it seems very well made.

First off, I LOVE this faucet. I had same one in my previous house and liked it so much, we got another for our new house. We just installed the faucet last night, and unfortunately, the quality is no longer there. The hot and cold hook ups are reversed so it works the opposite of what it’s supposed to. On calling customer service, we were told just to swap the input hoses - which is pretty obvious, but not the point. This faucet was made incorrectly and should have been replaced. Hopefully there is nothing else wrong with it, but only time will tell. Danze used to be a good product with excellent customer service. Now they’re putting out an inferior product that they don’t stand behind.

This is a quality faucet made of brass. While it costs a bit more than others it is well worth the price, and I saved a few dollars by buying from Amazon.

i believe i received a used faucet there were no instructions in the box the packaging didn't look originalthe hose has since split and caused a leak and needs to be replaced very disappointed
