They are humming fast and smooth after ~300 miles of rough-coarse-smooth road-city riding with >115psi of tire pressure. Old geezer's advice: spread out the tensile load along the rim's circumference for fine-tuning and optimal performance before first use.- Lubricate the seats of the nipples with a couple of drops of WD40.-Mount tire and inflate to ~80% of max recommended tire pressure.-Bounce the rim off of the floor while rotating it until an even oscillating sound is perceived 360°. Repeat as needed.(Never mind the uneven clacks or weird sounds at first; as that is how the tensile load shifts around the whole area of the rim. My personal results are of a good stress dispersing and quiet wheel. Thanks to the lubrication added, an optimal nipple seat is created and will surely keep corrosion away much longer.)

I am so pleased with the quality and value of these wheels I bought another set for my other bike. They camewell packaged with brake pads, valve extenders, and extra spokes and nipples. Both sets of wheels were verytrue out of the box. They are light and a must have upgrade for triathlon.

2 Year Update: I was a little leery of these wheels but I took a flyer and I’m glad I did. I’m 6’ 200 lbs and so far these wheels have been rock solid. I’m going on a little over 2 years and 2000 miles and so far so good. Putting tires on these wheels is a little tough, you really have to work to get them on but other than that I’d highly recommend them. For those looking for an affordable areo wheelset you can’t go wrong here. The only thing I would do different would be to get a smaller depth wheel for the front. These wheels are super areo on flat roads but going downhill with a crosswind the front wheels gets a little squirrelly. This isn’t a design or wheel issue as I’ve heard the same thing front other riders that have similar wheel depths. Good luck and safe riding!

I have used on my rollers in the house, bike trails and the road. Super smooth on the roller's. Bike trails they seem really quick. Out on the road where the surface is rough…. Very CLANKY!!! That would be my only concern. I do like how loud the rear hub is when on bike trails with other cyclists and joggers… they can hear me coming.

These 60mm wheels are very whobbly in the wind. After nine months of riding the rear hub was making a clicking noise on every pedal stroke and it was annoying. Some of the bearings in there were making that noise according the bike mechanic diagnosis. Therefore I reverted back to my original wheels and the noise was gone.

Zero defects, true, and look perfect. Tires, tubes, cassette, and stickers installed. Looking forward to first ride.

Awesome wheels! I just completed an Ironman with these and I highly recommend them. They showed up in a few days are very light and fast. I often have people think these are thousand dollar plus rims. I have put on Over a thousand miles on these bad boys and they are still running true. Definitely would recommend rather than having to spend a few thousand dollars on Brand name rims.

I have put way more than a thousand miles on these rims and they are working like the first day. Just now I noticed some light discoloration on the breaking track of the front wheel. It seems like I have been using this one more. Other than that they roll very nicely.
