I bought this in both the black background and the smoky blue background. I could not recommend these colors more - not sure I like the other colors but you might. I normally wear between a 1x to 2x and I’m 5’9”.I have sleeveless maxi length dresses but I never wear them because I feel too body-conscious in them with my bare arms and my booty. But this overpiece goes 100% perfectly with both. The sleeves on this drape to just above my elbow. You can leave it open and it falls beautifully in the back. It’s not tight at all. It runs a bit long in the back but I love that. Or you can tie it together at the bottom of the front panels and it’ll wear just like a crop jacket.The smoky blue one looks great with any shade of navy pants or jeans. For me, I think the length of this item works best on me with a cropped style jean or pant along with a simple ivory tank underneath and some sandals or strappy heels. Grab some big gold hoops or silver hoops and you’ll be all set and will look beautiful.I had purchased the olive background one as well, but found that that was not nearly as nice on me as the smoky blue and the black.They come in several different background colors. I will say the flowers on the black one are slightly different in color than the flowers on the smoky blue one. More orange and red but still beautiful.

I’m 5’10” and curvy, and I got the floral with the black background. Kimono tops and coverups are perfect summer wear from beach to cookouts to dinner reservations. I love their versatility, and they flatter all figures. I’m 5’10” and curvy, and this piece fit great. I’d noticed in some photos the kimono arm lengths differed, but guessed it might be dependent on the body wearing it. I was right. For me, the arms hit about where a tshirt sleeve would end. Maybe a smidge longer. While I prefer sleeves that hit my elbow, the shorter sleeve still looked great, and I’m keeping this beautiful, flowy kimono coverup! The back also still covered my bum, which I love. I’m going to order my next one in blue!I’ve given 4 stars only because I haven’t washed and worn the item several times, so that star is for durability. And that comes with time.

My daughter ordered one of these from Amazon & I loved it on her so I ordered one for myself. It was a perfect fit. Just the right length & weight for spring & summer. It literally goes with anything.

Nice quality fabric, perfect weight. Exactly the fit I was looking for. VERY DISAPPOINTED that color is wrong. I ordered the green, to go with a new green purse and green tank, but received brown instead. It is beautiful, so I'll keep it. But, now have to order a brown tank to wear under it.

I love this! It’s cute, comfortable and washes well. It goes with anything- can be dressed up with work clothes, dressed down to casual or just worn over a bathing suit. Highly recommend!

I was impressed with the fabric, print and sewing features. The fabric is opaque and a good weight to hang and flow nicely. It will look great with jeans or black pants.

For the price, this kimono is the perfect thing to throw over a tank top and jeans. Very lightweight for hot summer days/nights. I was a little leery about buying this because of the price being so reasonable, but I’m very happy with it and will likely order some other colors.
