Pretty but does not do as they claim

Was very skeptical about buying this, but glad I did. It glows under black light, as it should, and the pieces are large. Gave them to my students in middle school, for our studies on minerals. It was a big hit!

Excellent condition. Stones were bigger than expected. I received about 18 stones. Very pleased with this purchase.

I examined the stones I received under UV light and the ~50% did not fluoresce, indicating a lack of sodalite. The other ~50% only have trace quantities of sodalite. For something advertised as sodalite I am very disappointed with how little actual sodalite is present in these rocks. While pretty, they are not what I was looking for.

Extremely rough and dirty. They are not smooth or a very pretty color at all. Don't look like the picture at all.
