To massively simplify the chemistry - when used properly (for at least 20 seconds and with enough water and agitation to create a lather), soap breaks down the lipid protective layer present around bacteria and many viruses, causing the bacteria and viruses to essentially break apart. Even for viruses without this protective layer, the action of handwashing with soap effectively removes the virus particles from hands as it breaks the connection between the surface of the skin and the virus.

I have three different dispenser types. This foam works well in all three.

It is foaming-but obviously the dispenser/container you put it must be the foaming type. If you put it in a regular pump dispenser it will probably come out liquid

What ingredients are used to give the lemon scent?

So which one out of the listed gives the lemon scent? I see that fragrance one is not listed in ingredients? Why?
