MAXXHAUL50257 Truck Bed Steel Adjustable Headache Rack

This is a nice rack. I have it clamped on right now. I wanted to see if I liked it before drilling holes in my truck. I definitely will have to modify the hole drilling on my '03 Ranger. I really like this rack.

The media could not be loaded. No problem installing took 15 minutes sturdy and durable. Read a few reviews that had me wondering whether my purchase was good or not. Definitely is worth the money the negative reviews I’ve seen were that this product is loose after install. This this is sturdy barely wiggles when I hit the rack makes my whole truck move if I am pulling the rack

I got this cause I was looking for a cheap headache rack for my 03 F150. The installation is pretty simple but the instructions are not great at all. One thing to note, if you have a crossover truck box in your bed this rack will interfere with it, you’ll either have to reposition it or do what I did and modify things a bit to make room for both the rack and my tool chest. Overall tho I’m pleased with my purchase, for 1/4 the price of a Back Rack you get a decent product.

I thought it’s a great product, thing is must put rubber between metal and metal. Vibration will cause issues in general with anything Mechanical such as a truck. Overall it works well, and it looks good just use a little common sense for modification if you have to. And if you don’t have common sense, get someone who does to install it.

Very flimsy but I guess that’s what you get for the price. I wouldn’t trust it to use as a tie down point. It’s more of an accent piece than anything. I’d return it if I didn’t already put it all together.

This headache rack is adjustable on the bottom, but for some reason it’s not adjustable on the top so you can’t line it up behind your cab perfectly to the edge of your window on each side. It looks like it’s too small for the truck. I don’t know why they couldn’t have made the top adjustable also. I’m gonna go take a photo of it so you can see what I’m talking about and maybe cut it in the middle and make it wider! That’s why I only gave it three stars

I got it for my dad who wanted it for his Ford F-150. He's looked around and says that for the price you can't beat it. He's just overall happy with it!
