Good, basic cushioning. You can cut them to fit. These are flat with no arch support. I put them in my Keen hiking boots for a just a little more cushion and in my Crocs for wicking moisture and odor. Perfect!

Not as thick as I thought they would be but ok nonetheless. Good quality, fair cushioning and ease of use. I did not detect any arch support.

Wear a pair in each shoe. Keeps feet comfy. Great to rest feet more. Doing it for years!!

Great product, it fits great.

I work ten hours on my feet and I use these insoles as a base, then another gel insole on top and it makes a huuuuge difference. Try it out if you're just having a terrible time at work. And double up on these since they are small enough to squeeze two pairs in there.

Very thin. These are about 3mm thick. I didn't realize the even still made these thin ones. They provide about as much relief as a thick sock.

Great insole replacement to prolong the wearability of your shoes!
