Q: these are very pretty but im concerned about the narrowness of the bases ... do they tip easily?

The base looks narrow in the picture, but it really isn’t we haven’t had any problems with it tipping over.

Q: Is the bowl big enough to serve pho?

The bowl works very well for Ramen, but every time i've had Pho it was in massive bowl. You couldn't serve those portions in these bowls. I think it just depends on how much Pho you want to serve.

Q: Can someone please confirm or deny if the packaging has asbestos in it, as one reviewer claims to have found some?

The packaging did not appear to have asbestos. Obviously I did not have the packaging tested.

Q: Will these bowels hold a whole package of Ramen noodle soup?

Perhaps it would but not with much broth and certainly no add ins. I use a 36 oz bowl for noodles. That gives lots of room for veggies, noodles, eggs etc. I use my 20 oz bowls for Mezo with a bit of tofu. I like the shape which allows my 20 oz bowl to nest easily in the 36 oz bowls.
