cheap, flimsy, not good quality
I needed some black cotton lycra for a project and was happily surprised to find it on Amazon. The price was a bit higher than I pay for from the online shops but with Prime, I would have it in two days; so I could justify the extra price. The fabric is super thin (you can see through it), it is NOT 4 way stretch (it is barely 2-way stretch), if is cheap and is stiff. Cotton lycra is supposed to be supple, soft, drapy and fluid. This stuff is not. I dare say it is a cheap cotton knit that doesn't have lycra. Beyond disappointed!

A little disappointed. This is quite thin and has a hole in it. It’s small and to the side so I can still use the main part of the fabric, but the quality is not what I expected. I was also under the impression that it would come in one piece, but I got it in two- one large piece and then one smaller piece... again it’s still usable for what I wanted, but will not likely orde this again

Great quality
I sew on a daily basis and when I needed solid color knit to make legging for my daughter for school I could not find them at Joann's so I decided to order these. The quality of the product is great! They are on par with the $16.99 per yard that Joann sells. I bought 4 different colors and they are all great.

Color bleeds! A lot!
Prewashed 4 times already and the color catcher is still full of dye. Be careful to not ruin your load. Other than that, the colors are a lot brighter than pictured, but the quality is okay for the price, the fabric feels a little rough.

Not great quality
This fabric pills easily and is rather thin and feels cheap, but I was more than happy that it had Prime shipping. I have another retailer that I prefer but this worked just fine for my practice projects.

Pale compared to product image.
Color is pale compared to the image on the product page. Will have to be dyed to match the color i need.
