This bag is amazing! I used it for job interviews and now at work! I am a woman and the bag is perfect - it's definitely not just for men although it is advertised for men. Prior to purchasing, another reviewer mentioned this so I gave it a try! It feels great to have a proper business bag that is slim and professional, rather than having to lug around something that looks and feels like a purse. The quality of the bag is top-notch! Gorgeous, beautiful leather, and despite the constant use, it is holding up very well!

Months after multiple people have complained about the blue plastic in the wrapping getting stuck when you try to remove it from the bag, it is still an issue. I'm happy with the look of the bag, I wish the pockets were a little larger to fit my 13 in laptop and other accessories but it will work.I think the blue plastic is hard to notice but it's frustrating this is still happening and only on one side of the bag.

Purchased this bag for my daughter for business meetings. It's stylish, a perfect size, has 2 compartments with plenty of storage and is well made. It can be used with or without the shoulder strap which is easy to adjust. I will easily fit her 14" laptop and my 15.6" Lenovo Yoga fits as well.

IUPDATED 8/11/18: After owning it for for about 1-1/2 yrs, sadly I've noticed the handles are fraying and it's noticeable. Also, one of the 2 outside zippers has 1 of its layers peeled off.Was looking for a slimmer briefcase to hold my new flip-over 14-inch laptop that doubles as a tablet. And it also had to hold my external DVD drive, power supply, my Microsoft Arc Mouse, a few regular-sized file folders, some loose papers, pen, business cards, and smartphone. This does all of that. To make sure it was slimmer than what I already had and to hold my items, it needed to be around 2-1/2 inches. And so I looked on the Internet, discovered Amazon would have all my choices, and spent about 2-3 nights browsing over about 200 cases. I'm older so, I didn't want to get something that was obviously designed primarily for a youthful, trendy millennial yet I did want something that was more up-to-date in appearance. I narrowed it down to 3 and asked my wife for her opinion. She immediately suggested this one. We both thought it was a smooth finish, which it's not and has a bit of a texture to it, although very fine and still looks fantastic. While it's a modern look, it also has a classic appeal to it, the best of both worlds in appearance. It has more little compartments inside than what I think I'll use but it's not overloaded. It did come with a shoulder strap, which will be handy for those long airport walks when travelling. An extra nice touch is that it has 2 high quality zippers that are a bit quiet when in a training class or meeting. And they better define 2 true compartment separations, instead of a single zipper with an insert divider.WHAT IT CAN HOLD (for example)It holds my Dell 13-3578 (13-inch 2-for-1 laptop), power supply, Microsoft Arc Bluetooth Mouse (it flattens), external Slim DVD burner & dual USB cables, Android 5-inch smartphone, USB charging cable, the shoulder strap for this Briefcase, a mobile hotspot device, a folio of about 0.8-inches thick or less (mine is the Royce 749-AR Aristo Padfolio), a few loose papers or file folders (not thick), business cards holder, writing utensils, and a small 4x6 notepad. This is the max I load to function comfortably.Hope this helps.

Tight fit for what it says it will hold. Looks like less than average quality. I have been practicing law for over 30 years with the large leather briefcases for lawyers. This on is designed to hold you laptop and a pencil.

The case itself makes a nice presentation. The functionality is satisfactory. My issue, is that the leather covering the handles gave way. I have had it less then a year, it gets daily use, but not to warrant the handles failing. I would not of been inclined to provide a review, had an option existed to exchange the item, perhaps my situation was a one off and just defective. All that said, if you are shopping for a reasonably priced brief case, do not buy this one.

Excellent bag. Looks great and very professional. So very durable, has been in daily use since purchase Dec of 2018 and still looks new. Very good for the price!!

Very nice bag. I browsed several times to make sure I was making the right choice. I have received quite a few compliments about the bag. It’s classy and stands out.It is a tad bit heavier than I expected, because of the lining on the inside, but overall, easy to get my laptop in and out and some documents on the other side. The bag stands up on its own, mainly because I left the foam padding that came with the bag in. I simply cut the foam to leave just the bottom foam as a cushion to support my laptop. It’s discreet at the bottom of the bag and works like a charm!
