No, the fabric doesn't stretch, and only comes in one size. It didn't work for me.

Does the mask stay up over your nose without the hood up and without having to pull it up constantly?

The mask stays up fine without the hood. The real issue is that the hood is tight and cant really me pulled back. When it does, it just functions as a tighter, thicker, neck gaiter.
