Signia Concha Lock - Power- Retention Tail for Hearing Aids (2 Pack)

While I feel these are a bit expensive the ones from the hearing aid company are expensive as well. These work better than the ones I got from tru hearing. They install easier and stay put. It took me a couple days to get used to them but now I don’t know they are there and my hearing aids quit falling out. You can trim the length to fit your ear and no one notices the tail in my ear. The saving cost of not driving to the hearing aid provider paid for them.

First off the photos show 2 pairs and the descriptor said "2 pack" anyone who wears hearing aids buys everything in pairs.Secondly, they are for super large Power size, so they are larger than 99% of the ear canal inserts.Check the fit of your hearing aid and make sure the size is correct.

The product itself does what it's supposed by helping to retain the hearin aids, but it only comes with 2 pieces not 4, and the model should be Concha Lock Sleeve not Concha Lock. THe two styles attach to the hearing aids differently; the Concha Lock snaps onto the outside of the earpiece whereas the Concha Lock Sleeve slides onto the earpiece from the inside after removing the eartip.

I love these!! They really hold my hearing aid in place. I had to replace one because it broke. a big diffance It keeps my H/A from sliding back and forth over your ear

Fits fine, however 2 and not 4 as the picture shows, and the cost is too high for 2.

I was looking for a "retention tail" that would fit my Audien Ion Pro OTC hearing aids. This is the only one I have found that fits.It is size = "P"

Yes, very misleading. The photo shows 4 I’m thinking I’m getting four when it arrived. There’s only two so false advertisement big-time false advertisement. Something should be changed. There needs to be a change to that description.
