Best affordable entry level guitar I've had.
I've had other budget guitars and they pretty much were so terribly built they took the fun out of learning and sat in the closet until I sold them. Now I'm disabled and needed a hobby. Thus guitar turned out to be the best choice. It's a fun one to play and I've even gotten calloused fingers lol. And the price isn't much more than the Crate gig pack I bought decades ago!

Killer guitar!
Bought this for my little brother for his birthday and wow did it impress. The Guitar it looks and sounds amazing and top quality despite being an entry level Guitar. The amp that it came with sounds great for the size and the guitar just looks stunning. It was easy to set up and sounded very clear. He was able to tune it by himself using YouTube.

Very well made
This is one of the better made guitars I think I played the neck is so good the Frets are perfect I did 1,000 grit sandpaper on the neck very lightly just to smooth it out and put some mineral oil on it I swapped out the pickups and switches for a classic vibe set up I didn't even have to polish the frets the intonation is very close with updated internals this guitar is flawless oh yeah and I dropped the bridge by tightening the springs on the back a little bit to make the tuning really consistent speaking of the tuners they're really good too very smooth no backlash I absolutely love the maple neck and the thin body I thought it would be a problem but it actually makes the guitar vibrate and it feels really nice when you're playing it like it's got some spring in it step so to speak. The guitar was like 215 on sale and the loadedpickguard w internals from eBay for like $60 add15 more dollars for the fancy pick guard and 20 for a nice strap and some slinky strings. Super budget setup. Take your time learning how to do a setup it pays off and the better switch and pots are equally needed. I found a blackstar ht club 40 tube amp at a pawn shop for 400. So for 700 dollars you can have a very nice starter rocker setup no pedals needed. Take your time learning to tune and intonate. But don't be afraid this string height was perfect the action the neck was straight there was no sharp frets no high frets they were perfectly Polished and everything I couldn't believe it honestly it was in better shape set up wise and fretwise then my classic vibe that was over $400 it seems like unnecessary to add all the pickups and everything but honestly the neck is better than the classic Vibe I think and the bridge is a little nicer and it's lighter and I think the tuners are a little better too than the classic Vibe really you just need the guts from the classic vibe to make this guitar better than the classic vibe. Honestly I wouldn't even upgrade the nut it works just fine and it's perfectly set up. I've been playing the drums for a long time I'm not a super experienced guitarist but I have been around guitars my whole life and who would have thought this would be my top pick.

I'd go with high quality low end guitar for the price.
I'm happy with the purchase. It's a decent guitar quality for the price. And it looks good. So there's that. I actually find I'm playing it just as much as my mid tier PRS. And have no complaints about it's tone. The thing also holds it's tune well. I probably put in 5 to 9 hours a week of non-aggressive playing. It'll hold it's tune upwards of a week or two.If I was forced to find one complaint. It'd have to be that I have a tendency to push low E off the board. Especially when using vibrato. Not a problem I've had with other guitars. At least not in years. And on occasion. The string will get caught on the fret edge. But that just tells me I need more fine motor control. So more user than product. And maybe some fret edge clean-up so the string doesn't snag when I screw up. ;-)

Basic beginner kit all extra equipment is still needed
This is a a basic kit but just know you will still need the extra equipment to fully complete the setup as this is the guitar and the amp really. You will still need a distortion pedal if you want the extra equipment as this doesn’t come with one

Minor warping & scratches
I purchased this product as a gift, but sent it back. It was a beautiful guitar, but a bit of a warp to it and a couple minor scratches. I was offered a replacement, and would have normally taken the replacement, but I needed it sooner than it would have arrived.
