A perfect new entry into the marketplace from the original creators of the first powdered hot cocoa mix that could be prepared with water in 1961; this is the perfect product to have around for those times when you run out of milk and don't want to have people complaining... It's taste when mixed as the instructions state is actually not noticeablely a dry milk product and it's quality is superior to Nestlé Nido.

I had to take it back to where it all began. The milk these days doesn't do my body well, so I had to go back to this milk. My body doesn't like all these store bought milks. It's not as easy for me to just go grab a coconut, to make my own coconut milk, so I just grabbed this. I had purchased one before, after a month or so, I purchased two more just so I don't run out of milk. For now, I just add chocolate to it and enjoy it cold. I use bottled water to make it. 1/4 cup powdered/dry milk to 1 cup of bottled water using my measuring cups...if I use an entire bottled water (20 oz.), I just add 3/4 powdered/dry milk, chill and enjoy when I'm ready for it. I like the extra calcium & creaminess added to hot cocoa & lattes but it lumps, even in hot beverages. It takes a few seconds to press them out. So no biggie.

Been using as a substitute for regular milk and coffee creamer. Milk spoils and coffee creamers are not a healthy choice.

Used for the 1st time yesterday the taste is great
