Good quality
I sell clothing at pop up shops and I needed some tags to attach my price tags to and these are great!

3/4 ARE DEFECTIVE
Over the years I have bought a ton of these. Nice normal fasteners. Not these, you need to be a body builder to be able fasten the few in the package that are not malformed. The first five I pulled were malformed. You can snap them in place but they don't stay closed. The ones that are not malformed take a lot of strength to snap into place. About 3/4 are malformed. These are just bad
