BE CAREFUL WITH THIS ONE!..It worked fine then died now facing the worst warranty ever
The worst guaranty, so cross your fingers so it never brakes. This one broke in less than a year and with light household use. They are not made to last.It worked fine for some Months, then one day, after working for about 1hr , it made a quick vibration and then something broke inside the engine. Just by doing regular edge trimming. I went back and forth with their customer service for trouble shooting. First they told me, “ok your are going to send the machine back for replacement” and they provided me a form to email back to them, then 4 days later they responded via email saying , “sorry, we made a mistake, for this machine you will have to take it yourself to a service center”. I called them again to ask why , they say “sorry that is our policy nothing we can do” And the closest service center is 65 miles away , on another state, with tolls! (over 3 hrs drive back and forth) and all that so they can evaluate an see “if guaranty will proceed.”This is RIDICULOUS!I will never buy again any product from this brand. And it was not exactly cheap. They might look nice but won’t last and their guaranty is just a joke.Update: yesterday I got a check on the mail. With no information, no letter no reference to a product or order. It took me a little time to figure out that it was actually a refund coming from this seller. So thank you for the refund. But you really have to work on your customer service and processes.

why did i wait to get a battery start weed eater?! This is GREAT! OMG! i'd almost pass out trying to start my PULL start trimmer! This is so much easier! Even the neighbors are jealous. hee hee PLUS the string head is the easiest i've ever seen! They finally figured it out. get this one, you won't regret it.

Poor Quality and Customer service
Purchased this product Nov. 24. Used it one time, try to use a second time and product would not start. Reached out to Amazon, stated they could not help me with this issue. This baffles me because I purchased this from Amazon. Reached out to manufacture regarding the warranty. Once they tried to repair the equipment, they did not have the part to repair. I was told that I could return it, which I did, it was returned in Mar. and still have not received any reply or refund. This is unacceptable. The company received my money for the product, told me to return without giving a refund, and now have their equipment back in hands, and I am now left empty handed.

Great customer service.
The spool broke on day one. Company sent replacement. Next week I was doing yard work with my trimmer.
