I love this book

Simply written, informative book. Gives some good if not obvious pointers to starting your own business. Nice to read about someone else’s actual experiences.

This book is packed full of extremely helpful advice for anyone who is interested in starting a jewellery business (of any description). I have learned a lot from this and it has changed my entire approach to my business and inspired me to think bigger.

Nothing like what I thought I was buying, nothing about brand identity, how to design a range, pricing is useless as its in American dollars. Hardly any photos at all basic text considering it's a design book it's not right how can the book teach you anything about visual design with hardly any visuals. Really do Not recommend!!

Concise text, with a lot of information. The book touches on all subjects. It gives a lot of recommendations among other things a list of essential tools. She even gives her recipe to calculate the selling price of jewelry. I have a lot of books at home and I recommend buying it.

I am more than half way thru this book and I would highly recommend it! It is easy to read and comprehend, she gives you good directions on anything she feel you should be utilizing. I have a shop and it did great the first years, but this year I have lost interest and not been keeping it up, plus I've had surgery. Decided to buy this book on Amazon and try it while rehabbing. Great idea, I've taken notes for items I need to work on and she's opened my eyes to what I am doing right and what I'm doing that is not necessary for a few reasons. If you have a shop, if you don't have one and you're just starting out, this is the book for you! No matter where you are in your creativity, this will help you, she makes a very clear path to follow and tells you why. A must read for anyone going into or already into having a jewelry line.
