Nice replacement kit. Fit 1990 25 hp Johnson perfectly
Really nice seemingly well made components. Went together nicely in my 1990 25 hp Johnson and it is peeing water like a new motor. Keep changing at least the impeller if you ever think your motor is not peeing as normal or if you notice the water coming out is excessively hot. It’s not expensive and these old 2 strokes will run forever!

Missing one crucial part
This kit was just fine, and contained 2 more o-rings than I needed (seems to be for a different sub-model) but it would have been REALLY nice if it would have included the shift rod keeper. That was the one component I lost during the replacement.

The media could not be loaded. Good fit. Matched up well. Good pump pressure on 1990 20 horse Evinrude. Little concerned about body O-Ring but no leaks as far as I can tell.
