Spray and gone away.
Works great. Removes mold from my shed every year and on cinder block walls. Spray, wait and gone. Usually in one application.

Absolutely amazing
I can’t believe how well this worked after one application. I have no bathroom fan, so my grout kept getting yucky. No amount of scrubbing could clean it…I even tried The Pink Stuff.But Mold Armor is a game changer. So very easy. I sprayed it, let it sit for 10 minutes, and when I came back prepared to scrub, there wasn’t much to scrub! You can tell in the pics what a difference it made. There are still some darker spots that may come clean with another application, but I’m honestly so pleased with the current results bc of how bad it was before.Be sure the area is well ventilated, and maybe even wear a mask bc the smell is very potent. Hopefully I’ll never have to use the entire bottle, but $40 is WELL worth the results to me.

Worked quickly
Product immediately removed mold and it has not returned. There is bleach in it so need to cautious when applying.

Wow. This stuff works great. On the plastic the mold almost immediately disappeared. In other areas with the wood trim it helped but I had to use the power washer to get it really clean.

Although a bit pricey, it is worth it. Works amazingly fast and effectively. Great purchase.
