Takes a man to know what good farro is, this is it. Probably doesnt take a man to know what good farro is, but still this stuff is good. Better texture than other brands, easy quick cook, and absorbs seasoning well.

This was my first time trying Farro, so I have nothing to compare it to. What I can say though, is that it cooked well and was delicious. I have Crohn's and have to be careful with what I eat. Modern wheat does not agree with me, so I have been trying ancient grains, and this one was spot on. Even rice sometimes bothers me (especially if I am flaring) so this in my opinion is a great healthier alternative. At least my body thinks so ☺️....

I didn't know what farro was but I know I needed another fiber filled food and this hit the spot. Great choice, good quality.

This farro is tasty however I don't believe I saw cooking instructions on the package. I figured it out to having other bags of farro.
