Very tasty!
I put a lot of these in a food processor and made a powder out of them and put in a container that sprinkles and I sprinkle this in foods and chili. The smoky flavor is so good. These peppers are very mild which I like so they are not hot if you are looking for that. They have a sweet taste with a bite at the end! Perfect! Just love them!

Great Flavor!
I use this with a fish dish with butter, garlic, white wine, lemon, bay leaf & I add the peppers last to simmer in the liquid until semi soft.

Very disappointed
You should be able to bend a good dried pepper in half without the pepper being brittle and breaking in half. Almost every pepper was brittle and broke in half. Very disappointed and would not recommend buying.

Unidentified Chile Pepper
This seller does NOT label packages with type of dried chile pepper -- which can be dangerous when similar looking peppers have different levels of "heat".

What are they really- crispy dry
The most dried chiles I’ve ever received. Plus, they could be anything as they are not labeled.

Chilies were old, dry, and hard. Had to throw them away
